50 Custom Pigeon Mascot Bobbleheads – From Design to Finished Products

50 custom pigeon mascot bobbleheads completed for a bulk production order

When a company wants to turn its unique mascot into a physical collectible, the challenge is more than simply reproducing a character. Every detail, from the facial expression to the costume and base, needs to be carefully translated into a three-dimensional figurine.

At BulkBobbleheads.com, we recently completed a production order of 50 identical custom pigeon mascot bobbleheads, transforming an original superhero-inspired character design into finished collectibles.

Here’s a closer look at the project.

Step 1: Turning the Original Mascot Design into a 3D Figurine

The project began with a detailed character design featuring a pigeon superhero wearing a black hockey helmet, blue costume, flowing cape, and custom display base.

The design included several distinctive elements:

  • Expressive pigeon eyes and an open beak
  • Detailed feathers around the head and body
  • A black hockey helmet
  • A blue superhero costume with custom lettering
  • A flowing cape
  • A personalized round base with the message “REAL-TIME. REAL HERO.”

Our goal was to preserve these recognizable features while adapting the character into a collectible bobblehead.

Step 2: Hand-Sculpting the Master Model

Before producing the full quantity, our sculpting team created a physical master model.

This stage is especially important because the master determines the shape, proportions, and sculpted details of the final products.

For this pigeon mascot, particular attention was given to the oversized head, feather texture, helmet shape, superhero pose, and flowing cape.

The unpainted sculpture allowed us to examine the character’s three-dimensional details before proceeding to the finished sample.

Step 3: Bringing the Mascot to Life with Color and Details

Once the sculpted design was finalized, the figurine was finished with its distinctive colors and customized details.

The completed mascot features a gray pigeon head, green and purple neck feathers, a black helmet, and a blue superhero outfit.

The chest emblem, belt details, and custom base lettering help make the figurine recognizable and unique.

The head and body are designed as separate components with an internal bobblehead connection, allowing the oversized head to move while maintaining the character’s overall appearance.

Step 4: Producing 50 Identical Mascot Bobbleheads

After the master design and finished sample stages, the project moved into bulk production.

For this order, we completed 50 matching pigeon mascot bobbleheads using the approved character design.

Bulk production requires consistency across the entire order, including character proportions, colors, costume details, and base appearance.

The finished group photo shows the completed figurines together, demonstrating how one custom design can be reproduced for a larger order.
