1. From Customer Design to Hand-Sculpted Prototype
The customer provided a detailed concept image featuring a cheerful Hawaiian-inspired character holding a sushi tray.
Our experienced sculptor carefully recreated the design by hand, including the facial expression, red floral headpiece, green grass skirt, miniature accessories, and customized base.
We shared photographs of the original clay sculpture from multiple angles for customer review.
The customer loved the first sculpture and approved it without requesting any changes.
2. First Finished Resin Sample – Approved Again
After the clay sculpture was approved, we created a silicone mold and cast the first resin bobblehead.
Our artisans then carefully finished and hand-painted the sample, reproducing the colors and details of the original design.
The customer reviewed the completed resin sample and was once again delighted with the result.
No revisions were needed, and the customer approved the sample for bulk production.
3. Consistent Bulk Production – Completed in 21 Days
With the finished sample approved, we began reproducing the bobbleheads in resin.
Each piece was individually finished and hand-painted to maintain consistency in facial details, colors, accessories, and personalized bases.
The entire bulk order was completed on the 21st day after the order was placed, ahead of schedule.
The finished bobbleheads were then shipped via FedEx international air express.
