About Photos:

Please try to send us photos as follows:

• A front-view photo clearly showing the person’s facial features with the facial expression you want.
• A side profile photo showing the side of the person’s face (optional).
  Even if you don’t have side profile photos, we can still create great results. However, if available, please include them.

You can also send additional photos as references, specifying the hairstyle, outfit, pose, and facial expression you want for the custom bobblehead.

About Free Proofs at Different Stages:

Each bobblehead is 100% handcrafted. To ensure your satisfaction, we provide real-time photo proofs of the work in progress via email for your approval or to request changes.
Changes can be made for free if necessary, but excessive modifications may cause delays in final delivery. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, your approval will be assumed, and we will proceed with production.

Final Confirmation and Delivery:

Once you give your final confirmation for the custom bobblehead, we will complete the remaining work and quickly ship the product via DHL/FedEx. You will receive a tracking code via email to track your package online easily. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days to reach your location.
