Warranty and After-Sales Service
All products come with a 12-month warranty. Our responsible customer service team is here to assist you with any post-sales issues. If your bobblehead encounters quality problems or accidental damage, you can return it within 12 months for free repairs. However, you are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
Shipping and Handling
We primarily use DHL and FedEx for shipping, offering fast and trackable delivery. Shipping to major cities worldwide typically takes 2-4 business days.
Shipping Methods and Time
You can choose a suitable production and shipping option based on your needs. Costs vary depending on the priority level. We offer the following options:
- A: Shipped within 2-3 weeks – Free proofing,No extra cost.
- B: Shipped within 10 days – Free proofing, 15USD per one extra.
For example, if you choose “Shipped within 15 days” on May 1st, we will complete and ship your order by May 16th via DHL. You can expect delivery within 2-4 days.
Shipping Damage Claims
We carefully package all items for shipping, making damage extremely rare. If you receive a damaged bobblehead, please take photos and contact us immediately. Proof of damage must be submitted within 7 days of receipt to [email protected]. Once confirmed, we will create a new bobblehead to replace the damaged one free of charge.
Return & Exchanges Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You can cancel your order and receive a full refund before we start crafting your bobblehead and share the initial proofs. Once production begins, cancellations will only be eligible for a 50% refund. Please understand that these are custom-made items tailored specifically for you.
If you got the bobbleheads with damage, please tell us within 7 days after you get the package, we will arrange remade and replace ASAP!
